We would like to introduce to you
our IT Service Portal for staff where you can:
- Report an Incident (Laptop problem, network connection, etc..)
- Request New Service (loan a laptop, software installation, password reset, etc..)
- Track Your Tickets raised.
- Browse Solutions for troubleshooting known IT issues on your own.
An activation email has been sent to you from itservice@cefc.org.sg. Requesting new
service and tracking of tickets will require user to login to the portal. When logging in click SSO to use your Office credential.
