Sponsors will receive an SMS alert on their phones (provided their phone number in our Active Directory account is updated) and an email with the example content below:
Please note that in order to approve the request, the sponsor MUST be present physically in either ACK, BPJ or WDL. The sponsor’s phone or laptop must be connected to Wi-Fi cefcstaff before they can approve the request.
If the sponsor is connected, they can proceed to confirm or reject by pressing ‘click here’.
This next window appears, and it is important for the sponsor to determine the legitimacy of the individual requesting for guest access.
It is important for the sponsor to only approve the request if they recognize the requestor. To approve, click ‘confirm’; else, click ‘reject’.
Once confirmed, guests can login immediately. (The login button is activated at bottom of the visitor’s visitor portal). The password is shown in the visitor’s portal as well as sent to their registered email.
