Change your 2 Factor Authentication (2 FA) for your Microsoft Account
Change your Default sign-in method to Microsoft Authenticator app.

Login to your Microsoft Account online https://portal.office.com
- On the top right, click on your profile icon and click View Account
- Go to Security Info
- Click Change on the Phone or email and update the information.

+Add sign-in method. Choose Authenticator App. Click Add.

Click Download now to install the Microsoft Authenticator app. Click Next
- Once added, Click Change on the Default sign-in method.

Choose App based authentication or hardware token – code.
